Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pearle ships directly from our New York studio, where each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.


Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on destination and service availability.

All shipments are automatically insured through Route or Shippo’s ShipInsure program for your peace of mind. Please note that we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations and collected upon delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal service timelines.


Packaging & Sustainability

Our products are shelf-stable and shipped at ambient temperature.
We use packaging that is recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable whenever possible. Each parcel is assembled with care to reflect the quality and attention to detail that define Pearle.


Delays, Losses, or Incorrect Addresses

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Pearle is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us at hello@ilovepearle.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim through our insurance provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout; we are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
