Refund policy

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ilovepearle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted.

PERISHABLE ITEMS

Our food products are perishable and should be refrigerated upon arrival. We cannot refund orders that were left unrefrigerated, delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, or delayed due to a customer’s unavailability to receive the package.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items are final sale, including sale items and gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

European Union customers

For orders shipped to the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. If you purchase non-perishable merchandise, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@ilovepearle.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must include proof of purchase. Return shipping and any duties or taxes are your responsibility. We will issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.

REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CLAIMS

If a damage or defect claim is approved, we will refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
