About Pearle

Pearle began with a simple question: what if the pleasure of caviar could be reimagined for the modern table?

Crafted from seaweed and layered with deep, savory umami, Pearle offers the same sense of indulgence as traditional caviar, reinterpreted through a plant-based lens. The result is something both familiar and entirely new. Elegant, unexpected, and designed to be enjoyed as effortlessly on a potato chip as in a composed dish.

The idea came from our founder, Ash, who grew up cooking alongside her mother and developed an early appreciation for how transformative food can be. Years later, while working in the fashion and art worlds, she encountered caviar time and again and began to wonder if that same sense of occasion could exist without compromise.

What started as experiments in her home kitchen evolved into a collaboration with culinary scientists and research labs, refining both flavor and technique.
